04 · Annual biological surveillance
The building leaves clues.
Once each year, we add non-invasive moisture readings and thermal imaging to the visual review. It helps identify environmental patterns that can favour pest activity, without opening walls or interrupting the house.
Important distinction: this is a building health observation within a pest management service. It is not a certified structural, weathertightness or building survey.
